Are you looking to try VR?  There are multiple locations in the Treasure Valley where you can experience VR (some locations are even free!)

Boise Public Library! Locations

All five Boise Public Library sites have HTC Vive VR set-ups for public use!  These were unveiled to the public in early March of 2017 and have been very well received.

Meridian Library

Meridian Library's Unbound location has multiple VR set ups including the Oculus Rift, Microsoft Hololens, HTC Vive and Google Cardboard.  Usage is on a first come first served basis.

Vr1 Arcade is located in Eagle, ID and is open to the public.  Accessing the VR equipment does require a fee based on the amount of time you'd like to use the equipment.
