Silverdraft Supercomputing builds the fastest compact supercomputers and ultra-workstations in the world and we are looking for the next badass engineer to join the team as we take the company to the next level.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembly, installation, configuration and test of customer orders
- Perform repair and maintenance on hardware as needed
- Interface with end users to diagnose system issues
- Communicate across teams and provide projected completion of customer orders, lead times, risks and mitigation plans for any customer builds
- Regularly provide cross team updates in production and workflow
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with hardware assembly and an intimate understanding of CPU, GPU, and memory
